Augustus Flomo served as the Deputy Minister for Economic Management at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning in Liberia. In this role, he was responsible for managing the aid portfolio, both domestic and external debt, and overseeing the government's macroeconomic and financial policies. With over 18 years of experience in economic analysis, fiscal management, accounting, leadership, training, and business development, Augustus has been an active participant in Liberia's political landscape since his appointment in March 2018.

Before his role as Deputy Minister, Augustus was the Chief Executive Officer of Gusceman, Inc., a company he founded that focuses on business development and support services, including business consulting, training design and delivery, and institutional capacity building. His professional journey includes significant roles at Cuttington University, the United States African Development Foundation's WUDARBO Project, the Agency for Economic Development and Empowerment, and the International Executive Service Corps (IESC). At IESC, a Washington D.C.-based organization implementing the USAID Investing for Business Expansion (IBEX) project in Liberia, he contributed to cultivating new frontiers in agriculture and worked with Winrock International.

Augustus holds an MBA in Finance with an emphasis on investment and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. Additionally, he has earned several certificates in business development, financial management, grant and project management, and economic development, and he is a certified trainer. His extensive experience and educational background underpin his commitment to advancing Liberia's economic management and development planning.

Emmanuel N. B. Flomo is a distinguished professional with an MBA in Public Finance and a track record of over 15 years dedicated to youth development and public service across Liberia and Africa. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, Mr. Flomo was honored with the prestigious Future Africa Award Prize for Youth in Public Service in 2015, Lagos, Nigeria.

Mr. Flomo's impactful career is marked by his election as Vice President of the Liberia National Student Union (LINSU), the umbrella organization representing all students in Liberia. In 2013, he was handpicked by former Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf to join the President's Young Professional Program, a testament to his remarkable achievements and leadership at Cuttington University.

As Founder and Executive Director of The Inspire Liberia Project, Mr. Flomo has been instrumental in promoting youth empowerment through community civic engagement and increasing indigenous participation in decision-making processes. His efforts have significantly contributed to the empowerment and development of young people in Liberia.

In his professional capacity, Mr. Flomo has served as a Budget Analyst at the Ministry of Finance & Development Planning, where he excelled in preparing budgets, work plans, spending plans, and managing budget execution for various government ministries and agencies. His exemplary performance led to his appointment by the Finance Minister as Budget Director for the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, where he played a crucial role in formulating and preparing the ministry’s budget and providing strategic guidance on budget execution.

Born to Prof. and Mrs. Mogana S. Flomo, Sr. on February 13, 1976, in Jorwah, Panta District, Bong County, Republic of Liberia, Dr. Mogana S. Flomo, Jr. is a distinguished educator, founder, and former Minister of Agriculture of Liberia. As the Founder of the Center for Environmental and Public Health Research (CEPRES) Inc. and CEPRES International University, Dr. Flomo has dedicated over 20 years to teaching at various universities in Liberia, including Cuttington University, Bong County Technical College, and CEPRES International University, where he lectured in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.

Dr. Flomo's contributions extend beyond academia. He established the Liberia Commodities and Smallholder Farmers Empowerment Enterprise (LICSFEE), Inc., a national agricultural enterprise committed to enhancing food and nutrition security in Liberia. His diverse expertise as a farmer, environmentalist, and public health professional is complemented by extensive training in social sector leadership, higher education technology, and the arts.

With a profound commitment to community development, Dr. Flomo has worked with rural farming groups and young people, promoting youth development and empowerment. His leadership roles span numerous local and international organizations, including the Musicians Union of Liberia, Texila American University in Guyana, Global Social Leaders, Philanthropy University in the USA, African Heritage Center in Nigeria, and the Liberia Association of Gospel Musical Artists. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the International Academic and Management Association (IAMA) in Delhi, India.

Dr. Flomo's passion for human development is reflected in his involvement with various organizations and governmental agencies, where he has held positions as Board Chairman and member. His affiliations include Youth for Positive Transformation Initiative (YOPTI), Liberia Initiative for Developmental Services (LIDS), National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL), National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA), Central Agriculture Research Institute (CARI), and the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) of Liberia.

In addition to his leadership and academic endeavors, Dr. Flomo possesses advanced computer skills and proficiency in several software programs, including statistical analysis tools (STATA, Python, R) and music production software (Cakewalk Pro-audio, Cakewalk Sonar, Sound Forge, Wave Lab, Steinberg Cubase, Adobe Audition, Reason Propellerhead, Fruity Loops). His overarching goal is to enhance the global educational system, starting with Liberia, driven by a deep-seated passion for education and human development.

At Mistahou Financial Group, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in driving organizational growth, managing diverse international teams, and achieving operational excellence across finance, oil and gas, and digital solutions. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, Arif is dedicated to further enhancing his strategic decision-making and leadership skills.

With an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Aligarh Muslim University, along with ongoing doctoral studies at the Swiss School of Business and Management, Arif’s educational foundation is robust. He has a deep understanding of sales and distribution, operations management, strategic decision-making, marketing, territory management, and team leadership. His experience includes overseeing regional operations and ensuring compliance at the country level.

In his role as CEO at Mistahou Financial Group since June 2023, Arif leads the company's India business, implementing region-specific strategies and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. His previous roles include serving as the Global Chief Operating Officer at Mistahou Financial Group, where he coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure efficient global operations, and as CEO of Three Ace Group Limited, where he led strategic growth and market expansion in the oil and gas sector.

Arif's career also includes significant positions such as Chief Organization Officer, Social Media Manager, Branch Head, and Country Manager, where he managed overall operations and aligned them with corporate objectives. His early career involved roles at Colgate Palmolive, PepsiCo, and Coca-Cola India, where he honed his skills in sales, territory management, and customer engagement.

His leadership in coordinating and launching initiatives across the EMEA markets has been instrumental in promoting organizational vitality and sustainability.

Fabrizio has also served as a Startup Mentor at FasterCapital LLC, providing personalized mentorship and guidance to early-stage startups, helping founders refine their business models and develop strategic plans. His role as Owner and President of Modena Calcio FC highlighted his ability to lead sports organizations, implementing innovative strategies for growth and success both on and off the field.
